The release date for Rain's highly requested and anticipated "On my way to Nowhere" mixtape set to drop (Finally) after so many months of its await. When asked why it took so long for the completion of this mixtape Rain replied, "I would always review the track list and conclude myself unsatisfied with my overall mixtape dilivery so I would drop/remove tracks and do new tracks in its place that way every track is one that the listener wouldnt wanna skip. I want it to be just right". A sensable decision on Rain's end due to the number of people (known and unknown) who continue to keep there eyes and ears in his direction knowing what he is capable of. Something I wrote Today....

Had a crazy dream last night, spoke to one of my closest friends this morning about it and she really inspired me to write this poem. I feel the need to TRY to express my thoughts through poetry, music and art.......well enough about me, just read.

My Dream Differed

She said she's so proud of me/

I said proud of what?/

She said "proud of your dreams"/

I said "why?" I can't talk about none of the things I seen/

She said "NO. Your different. You aren't living

your dreams, your not even living regular life

....you fly somewhere in between"/

Now that's deep.... She's over shadowing

my thoughts with her thoughts so unique/

But im tryna tell her that she doesn't understand,

just try being me for a day then go to sleep/

These dreams aren't for the weak, far from fun and far from soft/

Shit, if I could I would just sleep with you holding you close, with my dreams turned off/

Bcuz u are my dream....or at least the one that I constantly want to have/

Today was a G.O.O.D. day

In case you didnt notice, I been away for a while (mentally) getting my thought process back on the right track. I began to lose focus due to lack of inspiration but I caught myself right before i hit the bottom of the barrel to pick myself up, get my lazy ass back in the studio and finish up these tracks. Failure is the part of life that we all must become accustomed to, for it is the great teacher, and predecessor for success...

.....WE CANT SUCCEED UNTIL WE TRY AND FAIL A FEW TIMES... duh lol...

failure exposes our wrong doings, and once we've found that cancer WE MUST CUT IT OUT....the instant we do that, what ever mistake we made that kept us from success the first time around, wont hold us back the second time around.

So keep at it... if it doesn't work out the first time, step back, assess what went wrong, and then make sure you don't do that shit again lol....

New Developments (Updates)

Hello and goodmorning to the readers, bloggers, ladies, fellas, lovers, haters and misfits alike. Its Cuzin T just reporting some new developments with "The Emanon Project" that came about recently due to some technical issues we are currently suffering from. Let me get everyone up to speed with what's going on....

The project was set to be completed by the 31st of Jan to be carried upstate for a full re-recording session of the entire album (yes, its a album now. We managed to add new songs to the tracklist.) Now what's currently holding the forwad progress back is a major proble with the external hard drive we have the songs on and getting it fixed will cost a great deal of cash.

Now I know that there are a bunch of people that probably will flip out when they read this (especially those who got a sneak listen to some of the songs) but everything has a reason for happening. I say that because now, we have decided that within the next week, we will make and roughly record another new track to have it added to the album. (Big smiles everyone).

Stay tuned and look forward to tracks being added to the musicpage [myspace.com/thinknoname] and our youtube channel as well [youtube.com/theemanonproject]. I know things are running a little bit behind schedule but its only three people really pushing to fully complete this album so we have a lot of work on our hands. We are our managers, promoters, blogger, and street team all at once.... but im sure that God won't give us nothing that we can't handle. More updates will be availabe as they arise. Peace.

Oh Bloggers, Where Art Thou?

Today is all about questions because as of lately, I have been getting a number of comments and emails asking me why did we choose to name our project "The Emanon Project"? And what does it mean? Now the answer to those questions are very simple my friends. So simple that once you have the answer for one of those questions, the answer for the next one will follow effortlessly.

Yep, the answer is that easy....

....With that being said, I leave you folks not with a poem today, but with a short list of "Cuzin T's TOP 5 good questions" (Some questions to REALLY think about).

1. What does "it" mean in the sentence "What time is it?"?

2. Why do they sterilize the needle for lethal injections?

3. If the #2 pencil is the most popular, why is it still #2?

4. Why do they put Braille dots on the keypad of the drive-up ATM?

5. If money doesn't make us happy, then what does it do?

Day 3 (continued) -Rain

So its day three on "The Emanon Project" and things are running as smooth as one wold hope (despite the crappy ass weather in NY and my lack of funds). Nevertheless, the drive to complete this project before its projected release date is what helps us and drives us to "TOTAL WORLD DOMINATION" lol, just kidding...but seriously, we work as hard as we play. when you see your goal and you KNOW that you have the capability of reaching it, just know that YOU are the only one who can stop you. dream big.
